Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, using a demo, or accessing the service, you accept these terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it regarding your use.
Service description
SB Smart ERP provides business tools for managing operations, users, branches, modules, and integrations according to the available plan, configuration, and features. Capabilities may evolve over time.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and keep relevant data current. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Organizations and workspaces
Owners and administrators manage members, roles, and access within their organization. Each user must act within granted authority and respect separation between organizations.
Trials and demos
Trials and demos allow features to be evaluated under limited or assisted conditions. They may include sample data, special limits, or temporary availability and should not be understood as a commitment to ongoing commercial service.
Subscriptions and commercial terms
Where applicable, commercial access depends on the plan, price, period, payment method, and other disclosed or agreed conditions. A proposal, order, or signed agreement may set additional commercial terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate rights, laws, or agreements; introduce malicious content; attempt unauthorized access; evade limits or controls; interfere with security; or harm other people, organizations, or systems.
Customer-submitted data
Organizations and their users retain their rights in submitted data and are responsible for its accuracy, lawfulness, permissions, and use. They grant the service the authority needed to host, process, protect, and present that data through requested features.
Product intellectual property
SB Smart Solutions Tech retains rights in the software, design, documentation, brand, and proprietary product components. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those needed for authorized use.
Third-party services and integrations
Some features may interoperate with third-party services. Their availability, security, and terms also depend on those third parties, and users must have the necessary accounts and authorization.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, address breaches, apply commercial conditions, or meet obligations. The effects of termination depend on applicable agreements and requirements.
Service changes
We may maintain, correct, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We will seek to manage material changes reasonably, taking account of security, operational continuity, and current commercial commitments.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided with reasonable care and may experience maintenance, interruptions, or external dependencies. Unless a specific written agreement or mandatory warranty applies, uninterrupted availability and complete freedom from errors are not promised.
Liability
Liability relating to the service will be assessed under applicable agreements, circumstances, and mandatory rules. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Specific commercial agreements
If an order, proposal, or signed agreement contains different negotiated conditions, that document controls for conflicting commercial terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
